1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used wellness products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Please note the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
