Please review the following policy regarding order cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.
• Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

GWELL Shop reserves the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or other operational reasons. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

• Due to safety and hygiene considerations, opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases where the product is received in a damaged or incorrect condition.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

• Damaged during transit, or
• Incorrectly delivered

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images and order details.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

4. Refunds

• Once a returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Consumable items
• Clearance or final sale products
